Il Consiglio comunale di Oristano con 19 voti a favore ha approvato il rendiconto all’esercizio finanziario 2009.
La discussione è iniziata ieri sera, mentre il voto finale è arrivato questa mattina.
“Il rendiconto di gestione, unitamente al bilancio di previsione e alle sue variazioni, rappresenta uno strumento che permette la verifica del raggiungimento degli obiettivi, della realizzazione dei programmi, del rispetto degli equilibri di bilancio – ha spiegato l’Assessore al Bilancio Alessandro Lisini durante la sua relazione -. L'esercizio 2009 si chiude con un avanzo complessivo di 3 milioni 442 mila Euro interamente vincolato per le destinazioni di legge inerenti le fonti di provenienza, oltre che perché decisioni dell'Ente a salvaguardare gli equilibri di bilancio e i debiti fuori bilancio”.
L’Assessore Lisini ha quindi ricordato alcune cifre: l'addizionale comunale IRPEF, confermata nella misura del 4 per mille, che ha consentito un accertamento di 1 milione e 170 mila euro; la Tassa per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti solidi urbani, pari a 5 milioni 30 mila Euro; le entrate extratributarie per 4 milioni 432 mila Euro.
