Considering the request of the Mayor dated 19.04.2010 that the emergency meeting of the CC is attached to;

acknowledging that for 26 and April 27 pv the City Council has already convened with other OdG;

convene the City Council in open session in an urgent first call for April 23, 2010 (Friday) at 18.00 and / or intermediate or 2nd call for days 28-29-30 April 2010 (Wednesday-Thursday-Friday) at 09.30 at the Council Chamber of the Palazzo Scolopi to discuss the following Agenda Day



1. City Urban Planning (PUC) and plan for the use of Coastlines (PUL) in adapting to the Regional Landscape Plan (RPP) and the hydrogeological Plan (IAP). Consideration comments and final approval.
