City Council - Amendments to the Statute on the public value of the water resource

Oristano City Council unanimously approved an agenda for the group of PD for an amendment to the Statute provides that the function of public water service. The order of
day commits the Commission to propose budget within 45 days of the necessary additions and amendments to the municipal statute.
The subject was described in court by Efisio Sanna (PD) that in light of regulatory changes, "the city of Oristano in the water must recognize a universal right, an inalienable right of all. Values \u200b\u200bthat should be recognized also in the municipal statute, reaffirming the same non-economic importance of water service as a department of public utility, public service of a public asset and primary. "
During the debate was attended by the Chairman of the Budget Commission Giampaolo Atzori, Mario Marazzi (Forza Italy to the PDL), Francesco Federico (PD) and Antonio Scanu (Udeur).
