City Council - Approved budget 2010

With 19 votes for and 7 against the Orissa Municipal Council approved the budget years 2010 and 2010-2012.
After the general debate, civic meeting last night considered the amendments.
Amendment 1
The House approved (21 yes, 8 no) the proposed Umberto Capoccia (Forza Italy to the PDL) for immediate action for the remediation of asbestos from school # 2.
The amendment takes into account the favorable opinion of the Committee on Public Works, Education and School Construction and the Environment and Urban Decor for the use of 340 thousand euros for the encapsulation of asbestos-cement structures in the school as proposed to the Councillor Public Works Andrea Lutzu.
Amendment 2
Council rejected (19 no, 7 yes, 1 abstention) the proposal of the Council Chamber of the Democratic Party for the exploitation, processing, improvement of the area between the street corner with Via Vivaldi Dear friends, in front of the palaces of the former lacp between the street and the street Carbonia Milis, the area between the Via La Maddalena Via Isili and the Temple Street - Via Milis for an amount of 130 thousand Euro.

Approvazione all’unanimità per la proposta della Commissione Politiche sociali per la realizzazione del centro diurno per anziani e autosufficienti.
Emendamento 8
Venti voti a favore e approvazione per la proposta del Consigliere comunale Paolo Sulis per la realizzazione del museo della civiltà fenicio punica sul litorale di Torre Grande.
Emendamento 9
Approvazione all’unanimità per l’intervento which Efisio Sanna (PD) has asked 17 000 Euro for additional resources for the functioning of the media for the year 2010
Amendment 10 Adopted by 16 votes in favor, 11 against and one abstention for the proposed Alberto Cauli (AN ) for the establishment of a surveillance system in critical areas of the city with a budget of 350 thousand Euro.
Amendment 11
Council rejected (15 no, 6 yes, 1 abstention) the proposed Alberto Cauli (AN) for an allocation of 96 000 euros, complementing the funds of the Law 37, in employment and of ' self-employment of persons below 35 years, through the creation of new businesses.
The Assembly Amendment 12 rejected by a majority (17 no, 4 yes, 7 abstentions) the proposed Alberto Cauli (AN) for the granting of a contribution of 10 000 Euro all'Unitre.
